Refund policy

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Log into your account
  • Choose the items you would like to return
  • Complete returns process
  • Once the return request is approved you will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: TREB LTD, Unit 12 Mercia Way, Bells Close Industrial Estate, NE15 6UG, UK.


WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

You can return your items within 14 days of delivery of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition, unopened
  • In the original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  


ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

  • There are no charges for returns within our 14 day return window as long as your product matches our Returns policy
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged Goods
It's possible for our drinks to sustain some bumps and bruises in transit - this is sadly just the nature of shipping canned drinks. A small amount of denting on the cans is considered normal, and won't impact the quality of the liquid within. If the cans are heavily damaged or pierced though, please contact hello@treb.uk and we'll be more than happy to help. You can also let us know if you're unhappy with other aspects of the goods and we'll be happy to help.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in original condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
