Our TREBs

Are TREBs vegan, gluten-free and allergen-free?
Yes, TREBs don't contain gluten, allergens and are suitable for vegans.
Do TREBs contain any caffeine or taurine?
TREBs are caffeine and taurine free.
How to store your TREBs?
Wherever you want! We like our TREBs chilled so we keep them in the fridge.

Orders

Do I need to register to place an order?
We do accept one-off orders, but if you register with us we'll save your shipping details for a speedy checkout next time around. You'll also have the option to receive our newest bundles and exclusive offers by email - but only if you want to. We also won't store any credit card or bank details for security reasons.
Can I change my order once placed?
We're unable to amend your order once your shipping confirmation has been sent. Prior to this, there's no certainty that we can make changes to the order due to our dispatching process, but we'll do our best to help. You can drop us a line at hello@treb.uk and we'll always do what we can.
Will I need my ID for my delivery?
By ordering on our website you are confirming that you are over 18 years old and of legal drinking age.
Challenge 25 policy applies.

Shipping

What are my delivery options?
UK Mainland Delivery🇬🇧

Our Standard Shipping is £3.95 (UK mainland only). Standard shipping takes 2-4 business days to arrive after dispatch.

Our Express Shipping is £5.95 (UK mainland only). Express shipping takes 1-2 business days to arrive after dispatch.

You must order before 1pm for same-day dispatch. If you order after 1pm, your order will be dispatched the following working day.

Free Standard Delivery is available on all orders over £30. (UK mainland only)

Working days are Monday through to Friday. If you place your order after 1pm on Friday it will be despatched on Monday

Northern Ireland Channel Islands Delivery

Our standard shipping for orders to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands is £9.99 and takes 3 - 5 days to arrive after dispatch.

BFPO

Our standard shipping to BFPO addresses is £9.99 and takes 3 - 5 days to arrive after dispatch.

International Orders

We only ship to the UK and Northern Ireland from this store.

Local Delivery (available to certain postcodes in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK only)

Available ONLY for postcodes listed below:

NE1, NE2, NE3, NE4, NE5, NE6, NE7, NE8

Please note: If your postcode does not start with NE1, NE2, NE3, NE4, NE5, NE6, NE7, NE8 - YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.

Local Deliveries will ONLY take place on Monday - Saturday between hours 5pm-9pm.

Our Local Delivery is £1.99

Minimum order value £10.00

If you order by 5pm, your order will be delivered between 5pm-9pm the same day.

If you order after 5pm, your order will be delivered the following working day between 5pm-9pm


Challenge 25 policy applies to all deliveries.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched we'll send you the shipping confirmation, including tracking details so you can follow your order all the way to your door. You'll receive additional updates from our delivery partners.
What happens if I haven’t received my order?
All orders placed before 1pm are dispatched on the same working day. Orders after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day. When dispatched we'll send you a shipping confirmation which also contains tracking details for your order. If you're having trouble with your order, please feel free to contact us at hello@treb.uk. TREB cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered. If our delivery partner is unable to deliver your package to the provided address, it may automatically be returned to us and a refund for the cost of the goods will be processed but not for the cost of shipping. Where incorrect address details or postcode are supplied, you may be required to pay an additional shipping charge to get this amended. 
I am missing part of my order.
For particularly large orders we might deliver in multiple shipments. Check the shipment label to see how many boxes were used to fulfil your order. If more than one, please allow 1-2 working days for the remainder of your order to arrive. If you can see your shipment is only 1 then please contact our team at hello@treb.uk
The cans in my order have been damaged in transit, what can I do?
It's possible for our drinks to sustain some bumps and bruises in transit - this is sadly just the nature of shipping canned drinks. A small amount of denting on the cans is considered normal, and won't impact the quality of the liquid within. If the cans are heavily damaged or pierced though, please contact hello@treb.uk and we'll be more than happy to help. You can also let us know if you're unhappy with other aspects of the goods and we'll be happy to help.
Do you deliver internationally?
Sadly, we don't offer international shipping at this time. But we are hoping to do so in the future.

Who stocks TREB?
TREBs can be anywhere. They’re often seen at nightclubs and bars. You can order cases of TREBs on our website, too. 
How can I become a stockist?
